Guidelines for Listing of Books by NCPS Members
This service is available only to current members.

Only the following types of books by members are eligible for inclusion:

1) Published poetry books or chapbooks of which you are the author.
These books or chapbooks should consist primarily of poems.

2) Published poetry anthologies of which you are the primary editor.  

3) Published books about poetry. You must be the editor or author.   
        Example 1: A Collection of Critical Essays about Poetry or Poets   
        Example 2: A "How-To" Book about the Process of Writing Poetry

Information Needed in order to Process Your Submission

About You:
1) Your Name
2) Your E-mail Address
3) Your Phone Number (including Area Code)
         Your phone number will not be included in the Member Book List.
         It will only be used in the event of questions about your submission.
4) Your Street Address
5) Your City, State, Zip

About Your Poetry Book:
1) The Title of Your Book
2) The Place of Publication (City, State)
3) The Name of the Publisher
4) The Year of Publication
5) A Brief Description [optional]
         See descriptions of books already listed for what is meant by "brief".

How and Where to Email Your Submission      

1) In the Subject line, include "NCPS Member Book List Submission"

2) In the Message body, include all the information requested above.

3) In the Message body, also include a statement confirming:
      a) that you have read the submission guidelines, and
      b) that your book meets one of the criteria for inclusion.
